PROPOSED FISHERY LAB AT RIAT FUNDED BY FAO UN
The Proposed Fishery Lab at Riat, supported by the FAO of the UN, is an innovative facility aimed at enhancing research and training in the fisheries sector. This modern two-story building will feature advanced laboratories, research spaces, and training rooms focused on sustainable aquaculture. With durable construction and energy-efficient systems, it promises to be a center for fishery education and community development in Kenya, reflecting FAO's dedication to sustainability and innovation in the industry.
PROPOSED GODOWN FOR MR MANISH PROJECT
The PROPOSED GODOWN FOR MR. MANISH is a robust industrial storage facility designed for high efficiency and capacity. Built with reinforced concrete and a durable steel truss roof, it offers excellent structural integrity and protection from the elements. The interior features high ceilings for maximum storage and is equipped with natural ventilation and modern lighting to optimize working conditions. SOLAR PANEL - GATUNGA PROJECT
The SOLAR PANEL - GATUNGA PROJECT is an innovative renewable energy initiative aimed at providing sustainable power to the facility. It features a high-capacity solar panel system on the roof, effectively capturing solar energy to minimize reliance on traditional power sources. The setup includes advanced inverters, charge controllers, and battery storage, ensuring a reliable energy supply even in low sunlight. ECD CLASSROOM - WATEMA PRIMARY SCHOOL PROJECT
The ECD Classroom at Watema Primary School is a newly built facility aimed at providing a safe and nurturing environment for early childhood education. Developed under the Ministry of Education’s KPEEL Program (2024-2026), it features sturdy construction with reinforced walls, large windows for natural light, and a secure door. The design combines stone and paint for durability while ensuring a spacious and well-ventilated interior. Paved walkways enhance accessibility, showcasing Symchris Construction Limited’s commitment to quality educational infrastructure that supports community growth.
UON - SCHOOL OF PHARMACY PROJECT
The University of Nairobi School of Pharmacy, constructed in Kenyatta National Hospital, is a state-of-the-art academic building aimed at improving pharmaceutical education. It features modern lecture halls, research labs, and administrative spaces, all designed with large windows for natural light. The facility includes eco-friendly elements like water storage and energy-efficient systems, along with ample basement parking. This project represents a key advancement in educational infrastructure, highlighting the university's dedication to excellence and Symchris Construction's quality in institutional projects.
GATUNGA LIBRARY PROJECT
The Gatunga Library Project by Symchris Construction Limited is a modern and secure learning hub designed to serve the local community. Featuring a spacious, well-ventilated structure with large windows for natural lighting, the library is complemented by a covered veranda, neatly paved walkways, and lush green landscaping. A perimeter fence ensures security, while additional facilities like a utility block, water tower, and solar panel-ready roofing enhance sustainability. This project reflects Symchris Construction’s commitment to delivering high-quality, functional, and eco-friendly infrastructure for community development.
NANYUKI AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECT
This development project encompasses the construction of eight residential units, comprising five two-bedroom apartments, one studio apartment, one three-bedroom apartment, and one one-bedroom apartment. The site was honored with a visit from His Excellency Hon. William Samoei Ruto, the President of Kenya, on January 10, 2023. (ONGOING)

KeMU LABORATORY INTERIOR FINISHES (MAIN BUILDING)
The project encompassed comprehensive interior finishing work for all laboratories, offices, and circulation spaces throughout the entire building. This substantial task was successfully accomplished within a concise four-month timeframe.
MATER HOSPITAL PROPOSED RE-ORGANIZATION OF A & E RECEPTION AREA
The project entailed executing interior finishing, including tiling, for the reconfigured Reception area, offices, and circulation spaces across the entire area. This ambitious endeavor was successfully concluded in a mere two-month timeframe.
BASF PROPOSED QUALITY CONTROL LAB FURNITURE
At BASF Mlolongo Branch, our project consisted of crafting stainless steel worktop benches for a laboratory dedicated to testing chemicals used in building and construction materials. This project was efficiently completed within a concise one-month timeframe.
GEMS CAMBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL PROPOSED SOUND PROOFING AT DRAMA ROOM
The GEMS Soundproofing project encompassed the installation of Jumbolene acoustic foam, MDF boards, and fabric skirting on the panels, along with the refurbishment of PVC floor tiles. This extensive project was successfully accomplished within a dedicated two-month timeline.
KeMU TOWN CAMPUS IN MERU (Major Renovations & Additions)
The boundary wall, exemplifying exquisite craftsmanship in metalwork, seamlessly blended with civil enhancements in the parking lot, featuring precast kerbs and cabro surfacing, as well as landscaping elements. The renovation project was fully completed by early May 2012.

The refurbished lecture halls feature impeccably crafted foldable/collapsible mahogany doors, beautifully complemented by the finely finished granite tile flooring.

This section comprises the hallways that serve the lecture rooms, offices, and wet areas of the renovated project. Additionally, it showcases a segment of the freshly landscaped courtyard.
CAFETERIA AT THE MATER HOSPITAL
The site soil, predominantly black cotton, necessitated thorough excavation. Subsequently, the murram fill, hardcore, and binding had to be meticulously compacted. The structure has been thoughtfully designed, with future vertical expansion of up to three additional floors in mind. Consequently, a framed design featuring robust columns and a sturdy foundation was the most effective choice.
REFURBISHMENT OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDING (KENYA MEAT COMISSION)
We executed exquisite refurbishment on the floor, walls, fireplace, and various other minor sections of the house, enhancing its overall beauty.
CRAFTING CULINARY AMBIANCE: A RESTAURANT/CAFÉ INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECT"
This project entailed the comprehensive construction of interior elements for a restaurant/café, located within the newly inaugurated shopping mall in Embakasi.
